Listed as a Paid Entry Fee contest.
Reedsy hosts several contests of their own as well as a list of other sites that host contests. Some links in their list appear to be out of date.
There are cash prizes for some contests.

Listed as a FREE contest.
StoryStar hosts a monthly writing contest, open to all. People can submit one or more stories.
There is NO cash prize. Winners get bragging rights and will have their story featured in an anthology published on Amazon.
